ご紹介制のみ・年間3,000万円以上を基準としています。

この金額は、その方の人生の価値を表すものではありません。

高額な金額を支払うことで、覚悟を証明していただくためのものでもありません。

また、「3,000万円を支払えば人生が変わる」という意味でもありません。

これは、私が自分の時間を、誰に、何に使うのかを決めるための受任基準です。

私が一人のクライエントに深く関わるということは、
私の人生の時間を、その方に使うということです。

だから私は、依頼があるから受ける、という仕事の仕方はしていません。

誰に関わるのか。
何に時間を使うのか。
今の私が、その方と向き合う意味があるのか。

そこまで含めて、私は自分で選びます。

私の時間には限りがあります。

書籍を書く時間。
ご先祖セラピーをより深く考え、体系として残していく時間。
新しいものを生み出す時間。
家族と過ごす時間。
そして、私自身の人生を生きる時間。

そのどれもが、私にとって大切な時間です。

だからこそ、一人のクライエントに継続して関わるときには、
「空いている時間を提供する」のではなく、
私自身の時間の使い道として、その仕事を選んでいます。

ご先祖セラピーで大切にしていること

ご先祖セラピーは、先祖や過去に人生の原因を求めるためのものではありません。

私たちは、生まれたときからさまざまなものを受け継いでいます。

家族の価値観。
当たり前だと思ってきた生き方。
家や土地、物。
家族の中で担ってきた役割。
語り継がれてきた出来事や記憶。

それらを一つずつ見つめながら、

「私は、これからどう生きたいのか」

を考えていく。

私は、そのための問いや視点を提供します。

クライエントの人生を私が決めることはありません。

先祖について、確認できないことを断定することもしません。

何かを無理に許したり、受け入れたりすることを求めることもありません。

大切にしているのは、

受け継いだからといって、その続きを生きなければならないわけではない

ということです。

何を残すのか。
何を手放すのか。
何を自分の代で終わらせるのか。
そして、何を次へ渡していくのか。

最後に選ぶのは、いつもその人自身です。

ご紹介制について

大塚佳織の個別契約は、ご紹介制のみでお受けしています。

一般募集は行っていません。

また、ご紹介をいただいた場合でも、必ず契約をお引き受けするわけではありません。

事前にご依頼の目的や内容を確認し、双方が納得したうえでお引き受けしています。

クライエントが「誰と向き合うのか」を選ぶように、
私も「誰と関わるのか」を選びます。

料金をお支払いいただけるという理由だけで、お引き受けすることはありません。

反対に、私の考え方に従うことや、私を絶対的に信頼することを求めることもありません。

私が一緒に仕事をしたいのは、

自分の人生を誰かに決めてもらいたい人ではなく、
自分自身で考え、自分自身で選ぼうとする人です。

私は答えを与えるためではなく、
その人が自分の答えにたどり着くために関わります。

だから、契約は一方的に選ばれるものではありません。

お互いに、

「この人と、この時間を使いたい」

と思えたときに、初めて始まるものだと考えています。

年間契約について

ご紹介制のみ・年間3,000万円以上を基準としています。

私自身も、自分の人生を自分で選びたい。

だから、仕事についても同じです。

誰と関わるのか。何をつくるのか。どこに時間を使うのか。

それを自分で決める。

ご先祖セラピーで大切にしている
「受け継いだものを見つめたうえで、自分の人生を自分で選ぶ」
という考え方を、私は自分自身の仕事のあり方にも適用しています。

年間3,000万円という基準は、その結果として決めているものです。

私は、自分の時間をどこに使うのかを選ぶ。

そしてクライエントにも、自分の人生に誰を関わらせるのかを選んでいただく。

その双方の意思が重なったときに、ご先祖セラピーの個別契約をお引き受けしています。

Private Client Engagements

To work deeply with one client means dedicating a part of my own life—my time—to that person.

That is why I do not accept an engagement simply because someone asks me to.

Who do I choose to work with?
What do I choose to spend my time on?
Is there a meaningful reason for me to work with this person at this point in my life?

These are all part of my decision.

My time is finite.

Time to write my books.
Time to deepen and develop Gosenzo Therapy into a body of work that can endure.
Time to create something new.
Time to spend with my family.
And time to live my own life.

Every one of these matters to me.

That is why, when I choose to work with a client over an extended period, I am not simply offering the hours I happen to have available.

I am choosing that work as one of the ways I want to spend my life.

What Matters in Gosenzo Therapy

Gosenzo Therapy is not about looking to our ancestors or the past as the cause of everything in our lives.

None of us begins life with a blank slate.

We inherit many things:

The values of our families.
Ways of living that we have come to regard as normal.
Homes, land, and possessions.
Roles we have assumed within our families.
Stories, events, and memories passed down through generations.

Gosenzo Therapy is about looking carefully at what we have inherited and asking:

“How do I want to live from here?”

My role is to offer questions and perspectives that help a person explore that question.

I do not make decisions about a client’s life for them.

I do not present unverifiable claims about their ancestors as fact.

Nor do I ask anyone to force themselves to forgive, accept, or reconcile with something they do not wish to.

At the heart of my work is a simple idea:

Just because something has been passed down to us does not mean we have to continue living its story.

What do I want to keep?
What do I want to let go of?
What do I want to bring to an end in my generation?
And what do I want to pass on?

The person who ultimately chooses is always the client.

By Referral Only

Private Gosenzo Therapy engagements are available by referral only.

I do not accept applications from the general public.

A referral also does not automatically mean that I will accept an engagement.

Before agreeing to work together, I take time to understand the purpose and nature of the request. We move forward only when both parties feel that the engagement is right.

Just as a client chooses whom they want to work with,
I also choose whom I want to work with.

The ability to pay the fee alone is not a reason for me to accept an engagement.

At the same time, I do not ask clients to follow my beliefs or place absolute trust in me.

The people I want to work with are not those looking for someone else to decide their lives for them.

They are people who are willing to think for themselves and make their own choices.

I am not there to give someone the answers.

I am there to help them arrive at their own.

For that reason, I do not see an engagement as one person choosing the other.

It begins when we can both genuinely say:

“This is the person I want to spend this time with.”

Annual Engagement

As of 2026, private Gosenzo Therapy engagements are available by referral only, with annual engagements starting at JPY 30 million.

This amount does not represent the value of a person’s life.

Nor is a substantial financial commitment required as proof of someone’s seriousness or resolve.

And it certainly does not mean that paying JPY 30 million guarantees that a person’s life will change.

It is a criterion I have established for deciding:

Who do I choose to give my time to, and what do I choose to give my time to?

I want to choose my own life, too.

And I apply that same principle to my work.

Who I work with.
What I create.
Where I devote my time.

I choose these things for myself.

One of the central ideas of Gosenzo Therapy is:

To look at what we have inherited, and then choose for ourselves how we want to live.

I apply that same philosophy to the way I conduct my own work.

The annual engagement threshold of JPY 30 million is a result of that choice.

I choose where I devote my time.

And I ask my clients to choose for themselves whom they want to invite into their lives.

When those two choices align, I accept a private Gosenzo Therapy engagement.
